Join the Wisconsin Center for the Advancement of Postsecondary Education (WISCAPE) for a discussion via Skype with Robert Scott, director of the innovative Cornell University Prison Education Program (CPEP).

​CPEP provides courses leading to college degrees for people incarcerated in upstate New York State prisons. Since 1999, ​the program has helped students build meaningful lives inside prison and prepared them for successful re-entry into civic life.
