Description
​Former Wisconsin Senator Tim Cullen will discuss his book, Ringside Seat: Wisconsin Politics, the 1970s to Scott Walker, and the intersection of state politics and higher education in Wisconsin.

Tim Cullen was elected to the ​state Senate at the age of 30 and went on to become Senate Majority Leader​. In 1987, he became Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services under Governor Tommy Thompson. After 24 years away, he was elected to his old Senate seat and served until 2015. Cullen lives in Janesville and spends his time working with the two foundations he started. He will donate all profits from this book to the Janesville Multicultural Teachers Opportunity Fund.
