About

WISCAPE Affiliates

The purpose of the WISCAPE Affiliate Program is to foster connections between the center and those who have substantial interest and experience in postsecondary education research or administration or have a significant stake in postsecondary education.

Affiliates are chosen for their ability to help conduct, translate, and disseminate research aimed at improving policy and practice, and help shape public programs targeted to faculty, staff, students, researchers, administrators, policymakers, alumni, the business community, and the media.

WISCAPE has developed four categories that represent and define the variety of positions that affiliates hold (click on the links below to view lists of affiliates in each category):

Community Affiliates are members of the public, such as alumni, state and city government officials, non-profit workers, and cultural and business leaders, among others.

Emeritus Affiliates are former faculty and staff from UW-Madison or other accredited postsecondary institutions.

Faculty Affiliates are current faculty from UW-Madison or other accredited postsecondary institutions.

Staff Affiliates are current staff from UW-Madison or other accredited postsecondary institutions.
